I don’t seem to have one of my Mom…a situation I’ll have to rectify soon.
I’m estimating that he was about 1 in this picture so it would have been in 1937.
This is my Grandma Clanin. I’m gussing she’s about 3 in this picture which would make it somewhere around 1917.
Finally, not a baby picture, but interesting nonetheless. My Great Grandpa Pulley (father of the young lass pictured above).
I’m not sure if the date at the top is painted onto the barn or was written on the original photo (I suspect the latter, but I’m not positive), but the dress seems to fit and it’s about right for his age in this photo. If my math and memory are correct, Great Grandpa Pulley would have been about 20 years old in 1910.
I’ll have to canvas both sides of the family and see if I can come up with some more old family pictures. They are fascinating to me.
[Update] In other news…after three+ years of blogging (not all of it on this blog) and several experiments…I’ve finally figured out how to use the “clear” attribute to format text flow around pictures. I’ve been called a lot of things in my time, but “quick” is seldom among those appellations.
At any rate, in the future, you will no longer have to deal with excessive space between pictures and/or pictures and text wrapping up next to each other when using certain font sizes. I’m sure you are all very relieved.
BTW: Any of you using feed readers that repost after every update, I apologize for the multiple updates I did while trying to figure this out.[/Update]
