We interrupt this hiatus…

…for a desperate plea for immediate prayers.

My sister was in a bad auto crash yesterday.  She’s in critical condition in the Intensive Care Unit with serious head injuries.

About the crash:

The driver of the car on 206th Street, 41-year-old Randy Knieper of Noblesville, told police he had looked away from the traffic signal and when he looked back, the light was red. He said he tried to miss the other vehicle as he proceeded through the intersection, but was unable to do so.

The driver of the impacted car, 40-year-old Yolanda Richardson of Arcadia, was airlifted to Methodist Hospital with serious head injuries and internal injuries. She was unresponsive and unconscious when paramedics arrived.

My Niece and Sister’s boyfriend were also in the car and suffered injuries, but not life threatening.

I’ve got a serious rant percolating about this but, right now, the important thing is to pray for a miracle for my sister, and for comfort and grace for the rest of the family.

Thanks in advance.

  1. Praying for her. And for you. Noblesville . . right down the road from me.

Please hang in there, she is much loved and you are much supported.

  2. An afterthought – seriously I live 15 minutes from her. If there's anything that can be done to help at home, kids, dogs, a meal, please let me know.

  3. Prayers for her, the little one, the male passenger and the other driver. It was a accident no drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash it truly was a freak accident. My God reach both families and heal the pain.
