I blame the media

In the aftermath of a mass shooting perpetrated by a drug abusing, mentally unstable political schizophrenic, the vile vitriol and rhetoric employed by the Main Stream Media and many on the political left are directly responsible for inciting a hate crime against a leader of the Tea Party movement.

A Tucson mass shooting victim was taken into custody Saturday after yelling “you’re dead” at a Tea Party spokesman during the taping of an ABC-TV town hall event hosted by Christianne Amanpour.

The blame for this disgusting act of violence can be places squarely at the feet of the Left and their willing accomplices in the media.  How could such hateful and volatile comments NOT incite to action those who make the incorrect assumption that the media is unbiased and would only say such things were they proven fact rather than just wild conjecture and presumption?
The types of hate speech employed in the aftermath of the Tuscon tragedy, the willful attempt to twist the facts of that incident to support one political outlook and repress another are reprehensible, have no place in civil discourse and should not be tolerated.
We need to immediately pass whatever laws are necessary to get the MSM and thier masters on the Left under control, to MAKE them tone down their rhetoric under force of law and provide equal footing on the major networks and media outlets for spokespersons from the other side of the political spectrum so that this type of incitement to violence never goes unchallenged again.

***Note for the Irony Impaired:  The story linked above is true, but my recommendations are facetious.  I wouldn’t support laws to restrict the free speech of the Left any more than I support the ones being proposed by the Left that would supress the free speech of the Right.***
